Independent Studies ESL, dedicated entirely to provide support in the areas of English learning for business and foreign affairs, and ESL learning materials development. Background--- Arturo has worked as a freelance consultant for a number of years, mainly in the areas of International Studies, National Security, and Finances. Also teaches Geopolitics at college level. He has developed numerous ESL courses for clients in Spain, England, Canada and the USA.
